A simple Italian-inspired pasta packed with sweet sun-dried tomatoes, aromatic garlic, and Mediterranean herbs.

Ingredients
- 200g penne or fusilli pasta
- ¼ cup FlavourBinge Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp FlavourBinge Dehydrated Garlic Granules
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Soak sun-dried tomatoes and garlic granules in 2 tbsp warm water for 5 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the rehydrated tomatoes and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add oregano and chilli flakes.
- Toss in cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Finish with parmesan and fresh basil.
