Indian Sprouts Power Salad

A nutritious, protein-packed salad with bold flavours and a gourmet twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed sprouts 
  • ¼ cup FlavourBinge Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped 
  • 1 tsp FlavourBinge Dehydrated Garlic Granules 
  • 1 tomato, diced 
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 green chilli, chopped (optional) 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • Chaat masala to taste 
  • Salt to taste 

Method

  1. Combine sprouts, cucumber, tomato, onion, chilli, and sun-dried tomatoes. 
  2. Add garlic granules, lemon juice, chaat masala, and salt. 
  3. Toss well and serve immediately.
