Sun-Kissed Tomato & Garlic Flatbread

A quick Mediterranean flatbread that's perfect as an appetizer, snack, or light meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads or flatbreads 
  • ¼ cup FlavourBinge Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped 
  • 2 tsp FlavourBinge Dehydrated Garlic Granules 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • ¼ cup feta cheese 
  • 1 tsp mixed Italian herbs 
  • Fresh basil or parsley 

Method

  1. Mix olive oil and garlic granules in a small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes. 
  2. Brush the garlic oil generously over the flatbreads. 
  3. Top with sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and herbs. 
  4. Bake at 200°C for 8–10 minutes. 
  5. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
