Ingredients
- 2 naan breads or flatbreads
- ¼ cup FlavourBinge Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp FlavourBinge Dehydrated Garlic Granules
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- 1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
- Fresh basil or parsley
Method
- Mix olive oil and garlic granules in a small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Brush the garlic oil generously over the flatbreads.
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and herbs.
- Bake at 200°C for 8–10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
