Mediterranean Harvest Pizza

An artisan-style pizza loaded with Mediterranean flavours and gourmet toppings.

2–4

Ingredients

  • 1 ready pizza base 
  • ½ cup pizza sauce 
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese 
  • ¼ cup FlavourBinge Sun-Dried Tomatoes 
  • 1½ tsp FlavourBinge Dehydrated Garlic Granules 
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives 
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tsp oregano 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C. 
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base. 
  3. Top with mozzarella. 
  4. Scatter sun-dried tomatoes, olives, garlic granules, and feta. 
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano. 
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. 
  7. Serve hot with fresh basil.
